Physical Products

All products sold on this website are physical goods (car accessories and LED lighting products, including headlights and interior lighting) shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in approximately 5–8 business days after processing. Shipping is free on every order. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, please refer to the European Union / UK Customers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal section below, where applicable.

We will replace or refund your order if:

The item arrives defective or damaged;
You receive the wrong item;
The item differs materially from its product description.

To request a replacement or refund for these issues, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the issue where applicable.

This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws applicable to your purchase.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Your order number;
A description of the issue;
Photos or video showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item, where applicable.

We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Situations

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and statutory rights, we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement for:

Buyer's remorse or change of mind where no statutory right of withdrawal applies;
Installation errors or damage caused after delivery;
Items that do not match personal expectations where the product was accurately described.

European Union / UK Customers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Consumers located in the European Union or the United Kingdom may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable law and any relevant exceptions.

Where this right applies, contact us at SILVERANDSTONE@proton.me within the applicable withdrawal period to notify us of your decision to withdraw.

You may be responsible for the direct cost of returning an item when the law permits this and you were properly informed of the cost. Different rules may apply to defective, damaged, or incorrectly described products.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory right you may have under the law applicable to your purchase.

Order Issues Before Delivery

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated shipping window, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
